I came across my dream designer ring a while back and sent it to my now fiancé, not really thinking much into it. When he proposed I was completely surprised and fell in love with the ring-it is so stunning and sparkles for days. I often find myself just staring at it because it is so gorgeous! It looks exactly like my dream ring, but even more beautiful. Plus it is even more special because it was custom made by my fiancé and he worked closely with them to design the ring. My now fiance's entire family has been going to The Diamond Exchange for years, so we of course followed in their path and have had the best experience working with them, especially with Justin. Since I knew the type of ring that I wanted, I brought in a picture and they made a custom ring based on that. I am SO in love with my engagement ring. It is more beautiful than I even thought it would be. I have been back to the store multiple times to get it cleaned and resized and they are so nice about doing this free of charge. I could not be happier with our experiences at the Diamond Exchange. My husband and I went in last summer after seeing an estate ring they had advertised - we had just started talking about getting married, and (because he knows me really well), he knew I'd want to pick out my own engagement ring so that I would get exactly what I wanted. Somewhat to his chagrin (I don't think he had bargained for me falling in love with SO MUCH ring), we put a deposit down and took the ring home a couple weeks later. Katie's customer service was amazing, and they did an in-house appraisal for us for insurance when we picked it up so it was ready to submit as soon as we walked out the door.

There were many loose diamonds I was able to choose from for an engagement ring and I worked with Justin and a lady who's name escapes me, but they were very helpful and informative. I will be returning with my fiancé to choose wedding rings and try to convince her into purchasing a nice watch when we visit again.

Over the past few years, I have gone to the Diamond Exchange multiple times to sell some jewelry, including gold and estate pieces, that I was never going to wear. In addition to the highly professional atmosphere and super friendly service, I was given excellent prices for the pieces I sold (and I was also given honest advice to not sell a few pieces of silver because it wouldn't be as good of a value for me- and I appreciated the honesty). In December I was in the market for a new diamond eternity band and went to Mervis to look/get pricing. When I went to the Diamond Exchange to get a repair done, I discovered that they also make/sell new jewelry and Justin showed me the most beautiful 2-carat diamond eternity band. I looked on-line to find a jeweler to sell an older 30 year old Rolex watch. I called and spoke with Keith on the phone. I arrived 30 minutes later. It took Keith about 15 minutes and he made me a very fair offer right about where I was hoping to sell the watch. He and the other employees were friendly and helpful. It was a great experience.
