Second experience was a repair on my wife’s engagement ring, which was originally purchased elsewhere. Over the years the setting in the ring failed and some stones fell out. The crew at Diamond Exchange removed the faulty setting, replaced with a new sturdy setting and we upgraded to a beautiful single princess cut, sourced from their network. I bought my wife's engagement diamond from here and then later purchased her engagement band from somewhere else. Without any hassle, Andrew was able to take both items and create exactly what I was looking for in an engagement ring. Then, before our wedding, Andrew was able to design a unique diamond wedding band for her, which he sauntered together with her engagement ring. It looks fantastic!
Additionally, I wanted a unique wedding band for myself that had her finger print on the inside. Not only was this not a problem, but he was able to get it done in a matter of days so that we had it ready to wear before leaving for the wedding.
